Bridges Community Health Centre is a not-for-profit community governed health care organization that offers primary health care, health promotion and community development services to Fort Erie, Port Colborne and Wainfleet communities. Fort Erie residents without a physician can register to receive primary health care services at 1485 Garrison Rd. (located in the Holiday Inn). Other programs and services include a Diabetes Education Program, Mental Health Services, Dietitian Services and a Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Program. Bridges is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 to 4:30. Please note that visits with primary health care providers are by appointment only.
